In spreading dwarf II, an OUT-OF-THE-MOON retrospective of spreading dwarf I, where using hand-cranked card-board record players, I transformed sound into space-aged playback decay. I used taskboard instead of foam board this time to create the players. Taskboard is manufactored from sustainable forestry and is entirely biodegradeable, which made it a more apealing material to explore for this non-sustainable project. I worked with the space by moving and adjusting the amps throughout the performance so that the space became an active factor of the sound. However, a smaller gallery and a bigger crowd meant a denser sound this time round.
